Embrace calls on UK Government to act on the ICJ’s Advisory Opinion on Israel’s occupation of the Palestinian territory
19 July 2025 marks 1 year since the International Court of Justice released its Advisory Opinion stating categorically that Israel’s entire presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is unlawful. Embrace is one of 16 organisations to sign a joint letter to the UK Government, calling on them to help facilitate an end to the occupation.
Embrace joins 170 charities calling for a return to UN-led aid distribution in Gaza
Embrace the Middle East has joined with over 170 NGOs from across the world in calling for the Israeli aid distribution scheme in Gaza to revert to the existing UN-led coordination mechanisms and urging all third states to take concrete measures to uphold the right of civilians in Gaza to safely access aid and receive protection.
