THE GOODWILL PARTNERSHIP

DISCOUNTED WILL-WRITING

This will-writing service is a convenient face-to-face service in your own home. A trained and certified professional comes to your home at a time suitable for to you.

After discussing your requirements and completing a form with what you wish to be included in your will, they will pass these on to one of The Goodwill Partnership’s panel of solicitors, who will write your will before returning it to you for checking and signing. Please note: a solicitor will not make the visit to your home.

What happens next?

  • You will be visited at home by a trained professional who records your will instructions and passes them on to a solicitor who specialises in estate and probate law.

  • During the home consultation, you will be asked if you wish to leave a legacy to charity. There is no obligation to do so although we ask you to consider including Embrace after family and friends have been provided for, and also including other organisations, if appropriate. They will also ask your permission to share this information with the chosen charity / charities and whether your personal details can be passed on to them.

  • If you need further advice regarding your will this can be provided directly to you by the solicitors.

  • Your will is written in accordance with your instructions and provided directly to you by the panel solicitors, who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and so providing peace of mind and reassurance.

Price: £108 + VAT for a single will.
