MEET THE WOMEN DRIVING RECONCILIATION BETWEEN ISRAELIS AND PALESTINIANS

Join Tim Livesey as he speaks to Hedva Haymov and Hiba Allati, the two women who head up the women’s reconciliation programme at Musalaha, Embrace’s partner. An Israeli and Palestinian respectively, Hedva and Hiba speak openly about their very different life journeys so far - and why they were both drawn to working in reconciliation.

Listen in to find seeds of hope in the midst of deep conflict and political tension. We also encourage you to reflect on what it means to respect ‘the other’ and work towards reconciliation in your own personal contexts.

Please note: Near the end of the episode (25:25), Hedva mentions a month-long photography exhibition at the Jaffa Theatre in Israel. Sadly this exhibition has been cancelled due to the ongoing violence.
